3. The third time, some listeners have a vague sense of having heard the ad before
4. The fourth time, the listeners are sure that they have heard it before... but they don't actually listen to the ad
5. The fifth time, they recognize it, and actually consider stopping to listen to it... but for some reason, don't
6. The sixth time, they actually listen to the ad... but they take no action whatsoever
7. The seventh time, they listen to the ad, remember they have heard it before... and begin to consider taking the action the ad calls for
